The Picksix polls are closed

Phoenix (-4.5) over NEW JERSEY - Seems like plenty of respect from the oddsmakers for a Nets team that isn't expected to be any good and hasn't done much yet aside from beating a depleted Wizards group.

Boston over HOUSTON (-2.5) - The champs figure to be taking no prisoners after a bopping in Indiana on Saturday night.

Dallas over SAN ANTONIO (-3.5) - Acks describes Gregg Popovich's plan on the last play in Portland on Friday night as "Give Roger Mason the ball, and let him create."  The situation in San Antonio sans Manu Ginobili isn't too good right now.  Guys like Desmon Farmer and Matt Bonner are figuring prominently in the rotation at this point.  We're in no rush to give points here.

Last night: 4-2
Season: 27-20
