UTAH (-13.5) over Charlotte -- Sooner or later, the Jazz will reestablish full dominance at home, though they played a couple of close ones over the past week and a half.
Washington over PORTLAND (-3.5) -- The Wiz have won six of seven. The Blazers aren't leaving the people in awe.
